  2. The US is not in a relationship with Saudi Arabia because the US actually needs that gas and oil. The US wants to keep Saudi Arabia on the west's side as other western countries much closer to the Saudis need that energy.

  4. The US is still energy independent. The US actually has the ability to export energy if it wants to.

  5. So you want to cut Saudi oil and gas going to Europe, North Africa and Asia? What on earth would you want the US to do that for? Saudi Arabia can be tricky to deal with and not always friendly but the reality is their energy keeps Europe afloat.
