  1. He served in the military and that should be enough to keep him in the US. These are the kinds of people the US should be keen to get. He may have been involved in a crime but again it has to be a case per case judgement.

  2. Not everybody who is in the car can be held responsible other wise dangerous driving would also be applied to passengers. Now let us view this in context. Welfare claiming illegals and criminal illegals are allowed to live on as if they are contributing to society.

  3. That would be all fine and dandy if there was a super strict immigration control system that is applied equally to everybody. But when there are criminals who are illegal being arrested and then released under various political programs then these guys cases are very sad indeed. The US should be screaming out for people who are willing to serve. Yet welfare claiming illegals just carry on.
