  2. It is not the actual user tech that is making them more expensive it is the engine control system and all the regulations.

  3. The auto industry cannot make any money from the Cheap cars because of the amount of regulations that exists. Cars are getting so expensive to produce that only wealthy people will be able to afford them and the automakers will not be able to make them.

  4.  @jermainec2462  No they are unsafe at those speeds. Many of them have a high centre of gravity which makes them have poor handling at higher speeds. Many are underpowered so it is a struggle to keep them up to speed.
