Each of them that did that should be looking at 10 years in prison. Psychopaths only understand one thing and until they are called on it they will not stop their behaviors.

The aggressors should be looking at least 10 years in prison for that. They more than likely will go and start a fight similar to that again and hurt somebody.

@matthewlynam2537 They were beating a guys on the grounds stomping on them and everything. Your argument is like saying that a gun crime should not be punished because nobody actually died.

kandycid100 People could have died. Dying is not the bar that crimes are necessarily punished on. Armed robbery that nobody dies in is not the standard that the crime gets judged on. Heavy sentence for such violence is the only way for thugs to understand the consequences. There would be a lot less violence in society if there was punishment.

kandycid100 Not stupid at all. If a gun, knife or bottle is not used does that mean no crime has not been committed? Just because a gun is not used in a crime is not the legal standard that implies conviction. I have seen first hand in A&E the consequences of street fights including superficial injuries like bruising, cuts and soft tissue damage. And I have also seen internal bleeding, brain hemorrhaging, skill fractures and soft tissue inflationmation that has put extreme pressure on the brain. Some of the people involved in that video more than likely have previous convictions and at some point they will kill or maim a person. How would you like if you mother was in the middle of that?

@freedommobuk1288 It is only part of the culture because it is tolerated. If two men want to have a fight that is of mutual consent and they punch it out that is one thing. But that bar fight was groups of men actually trying to inflict severe in injury on other people.

@esoterico6062 I have seen it first hand myself in A&E and it can be horrible. If it was a case of two men agreeing to fight and then punching it out we could think of it as crazy and that would be the end of it. But an attack involving groups of men is an entirely different thing.
