  14. There is no such thing as an assault rifle. It simply does not exist. The difference between military grade semi automatic rifles and civilian semi automatic rifle is the quality of the build. Military are built to the highest standards to work in all situations such as crawling through the mud. They also have a modular build and design meaning that parts and components are easily replace in the field from the military inventory. A civilian hunting rifle that is bolt action could be far more powerful than a military rifle.
