@christophersanders8172 Trump pushed the check because he is having to deal with media that constantly attack him. If Trump did not have a check for people there would be wall to wall coverage of it.

I knew about the checks but that does not really mean anything. I was not sure if I got a check or not as I leave that side up to my wife.

It has nothing to do with being rich or disconnected. I knew about the checks but had no idea if my family got one or not. When Dan says it was for those below $75000 it makes be assume I did not but I would need to ask the wife. It does not mean a person is disconnected because they have no idea about the checks. One in three American households have an income in excess of $100,000.
