  3.  @oforimensah4711  because they keep killing our soldiers and sending terrorists to our country and kill civilians, and they don't even care that much about there development, their military budget is $55B and India's military budget is $71B while the GDP of India is $2.875T and that of Pakistan is $278.22B, so, you can see the difference between both the countries GDP is India's economy is over 10× that of Pakistan and Pakistan's military budget is not even half of India.
