Let me tell you a story: During the 1962 Indo-China war India was one of the poorest countries and didn't have money to fund the military, my grandfather was a government employee and they were asked to take gold from people to fund the military, he started collecting gold from whoever had, and 70% of the people were willing to give him even though they are not in a very good financial situation, of course they had gold, they were some of the richest in the country at that time, but still gave there gold to fund the military. And also India is ranked as the second most patriotic country from decades after America, at 36% Indians patriotic to there country, losing the first spot to America which had 41% of patriotic people, and American population is not even 25% of Indian population.
