Why was he being paid $400K? Didn't his co-workers say anything about him to the employer?

@alimfuzzy So, the employer was willing to pay the two other employees AND keep this useless person employed? Because it was a contractor rate he was immune to being fired, am I right? And, do frauds like that person get into these contractor rates or even genuine skilled workers also get into them? Because, that person was not qualified for his job, his agent was taking a huge chunk of his salary. That is just bribery. So he just bribed someone to get that job, right?

@alimfuzzy I think that workers protection rules in Australia need some reforms regarding these things. It is good that it is hard to fire employees, it is good to provide job security. But, for under-performing people it is just a loophole they could use to stay employed.
