  1. 4 Chinese soldiers? They took 8 months to give that figure. India claims 40 Chinese soldiers died and Russian media said the figure was 60.

I know that the Chinese annexed way bigger territory than Indians, but Indians did win the 1967 Indo-China war. And Chinese fought the war at that time. It's not like Indian soldiers just went into Chinese territory and annexed it.
