@bwindibwoy Africa is veeeery unstable, there can be a coup any time and military can take over. Africa is also more corrupt than India. Investments in Africa will boom after sometime, maybe in few decades. When they grow to the level of today's India technologically. And, higher per capita doesn't mean better technology. There are some countries in Africa with higher per capita than India. But, there is no country in Africa which is technologically more advanced. In some sectors we are even better than Western European countries. Eg: Space sector. Only Japan, ESA (European Space Agency), China, Russia and USA are better than us in Space sector. ESA is a space agency for all of Europe, so, you cannot put members of ESA as better than India in space sector.
