@SKumar-kp7fq That didn't cost money, or that isn't a serious issue. So what's the point? Banging the vessels costs you money? Even though, practical help was impossible to give in those times. No coutry gave lakhs to their people, or unlimited food to their people. What kind of practical support would YOU give if you were a PM?
