@maipardhan Wtf are you speaking? He squandered the North east to China? Are you speaking about Nehru? Or Modi? 😂😂😂 He doesn't have an understanding of economics, yet, it is his party under which India is growing faster. The avg economic growth under Scamgress is 6.4% in this decade, and under BJP it's 6.7%. It is under BJP we are developing the North east more, and giving the region more attention. It is under BJP we are developing the borders we share with China. Scamgress didn't develop the border infrastructure because they were scared that the Chinese would become more aggressive.

@awewhiffle They pressured us a lot in the past. I'm speaking about the present Russia-Ukraine crisis.

@calebschoonraad6810 Criticism from countries comes from it's official government institutions, not from some private media houses. Even in our country some media criticizes Russia for the attack. Does that mean India condemned Russia? No. The Western governments didn't issue any statements criticizing India for abstaining the UN general assembly vote. And, I don't know how much my IQ is. I never took an IQ test. But, I do know that dumb people always bring the topic of IQ in arguments. Even Stephen Hawking said "People who boast about their IQ are losers", and I don't think that you are a smart person. You don't even know that criticism from a country comes from it's govt institutions or statements by government officials.

@calebschoonraad6810 Corporation run the government through lobbying. Those corporations are companies with high market capitalisation, the companies who give jobs to millions in their respective countries, and they are the companies who are valued atleast over $100B. Not media houses. And, why should we care about public image of India in the West. Who cares? There is literally no point of time when the public image of India in the West was good. Tbh we don't care. We are friends with the West just for business, and for the help to counter China. Other than that we don't have any interests in the Western world. Governments still hold the highest power anywhere in the world. The Corporations only influence the governments. They don't take decisions for the governments. If those companies try to influence the national interest of the country, then they won't be spared. Those corporations have some influence over the governments because they produce so many jobs and make money for the country. That's the only reason. The Corporations only have economic influence over a country's government, they have zero influence geopolitically and they have absolutely no influence when it comes to foreign relations.

@awewhiffle I'm speaking about official statements. Not just any blabbering from politicians. Official statements are given when the majority of the politicians agree. In this case the majority supported India, hence sanctions weren't imposed. First try to understand what people are saying before commenting. Atleast then you'll not make yourself look like a fool.
