@anushgudimetla6260 Why don't people be more historically accurate? Krishna was a very dark person, he wasn't blue. After the foreign invasions, people got this inferiority complex towards dark skin and made Krishna blue (inferiority complex towards dark skin is because, the Invaders were light-skinned).

@hemalkukreja1146 Man, even we were ruled by Desert-cult people for a brief time. Ex: Nizams, Madurai Sultanate, Tipu Sultan's kingdom. But, we fought back and took our Independence early. Even our culture was polluted by them, and the effects still remain till today. Example: Child marriage. The biggest reason why North has alot more problems is because, Foreigners ruled and plundered the Northern part of India for much more time than the South. And, the reason for that is, Northerners in the Past worked with Foreigners and stayed loyal to them. Like, Rajputs stayed loyal to Mughals after they lost to them. If you know Southern history, you will understand the different mindset of Southern rulers, at that time. The Delhi Sultanate conquered parts of Southern India, and they installed their puppet rulers here, but, as soon as these puppet rulers sensed the weakness of the Delhi Sultanate, they betrayed their Foreign overlords, revolted and formed their own kingdom. Whereas, in the North, Rajputs stayed loyal to their Foreign overlords and even helped them in conquering more Indian territories. Also, the Northern rulers were too Kind. Example, Prithviraj Chauhan. He didn't kill Mohammad Ghori even though his ministers insisted him to kill him. The Southern rulers were often more Power-hungry and Ruthless. And, always betrayed their allies to secure their own power. They weren't loyal to any others. Even the Mauryan Empire's Southern Territories declared their Independence as soon as Ashoka was dead.

@hemalkukreja1146 Yeah, the most depressing thing is that most of the names of places in Telangana are of Urdu origin. Like, the capital itself has a name of Urdu origin, 'Hyderabad' was previously called 'Bhagyanagaram'. Not only Hyderabad, it's surrounding areas and cities like Secunderabad, Khairtabad, Mahboobnagar, Nizamabad, Vikarabad etc.... Most of the names of major cities are of Urdu origin and no one bothers to even Change them. That's why I admire Yogi Adityanath to some extent, atleast he changed the name of the place Allahabad to 'Prayagraj'. He is also developing UP at a faster rate than any other CM of UP. Telangana is one of the worst states in this case. Almost 50% of the district names have an Urdu-origin name.

@hemalkukreja1146 Why? Do Southern Indians tend to be more historically accurate? And other Indians don't want to know true history? Or are other Indians too mentally incapable to even try to change their false views about a historical figure?

@shortsfanclub8336 The only people who are mentioned as white-skinned in ancient texts are Bhima and Yuddhistara. Arjun, Draupadi and Krishna were all Dark-skinned. I don't know of any reliable sources of Rama's skin colour from ancient texts. Obviously he couldn't be blue coloured in real life like Valmiki describes him.

@vinayakonimani7628 Mughals weren't responsible for it, the first barbarians were. Those who came in the years 1020-1090 were responsible for it.
