russia under putin seems to currently be bidding to be the national that is aligned alongside xi & co's socialism with chinese charateristics. internationally speaking that is. if the global war on terror needed a people's armed police force then it might just be that the factories for arms and miscellaneous products that stretched from moscow to beijing could now be utilized for arms and miscellaneous armed products. not that this has anything to do with a stupid economy mind you.
