  1. Our friends in Russia have taken care to distance us from the sovereignty of Europe question. The ongoing violation of those principles and Security Council resolutions that have enabled a double-standard to dominate international protocols since 1949 has only produced American debt and double-counting, the likes of which our abstention in such matters has failed to check. The use of our veto power in such appeasement no longer appears viable if the China Dream is to be realised. The economic, diplomatic and security decisions made since 2003 cannot be allowed to continue. Our neighbors are being drawn under the influence of our competition and even our friends in DPRK understand the lawless and irresponsible incursions being made by U.S. naval forces.
