  3. empathy is the dividing line there hiring, firing, promoting, disciplining and instilling (or destroying) confidence are all different dynamics. hardcore was also a music genre that span off out of the house and techno scenes of the late nineteen eighties. it was a precursor to jungle. and also happy hardcore.

  4.  @hbvtux  agree. however... with any level of success comes proportionality and responsibility as issues. they have to be addressed and dealt with in some shape or form - the output is invariably binary (accept or reject) although acceptance and rejection can contain caveats or conditions. so, the question would be - in the event of any given success, how much liberty or license can be permitted to the individual or collective around a success before the liberty or license claimed by that individual or collective is deemed to be beyond the reasonable jurisdiction of the basis from which that success was founded? obviously this is an old age question that goes back to taxation yet it is increasingly relevant in domains now that go beyond tax.
