  9. who thinks putin is hanging on for a chinese move on taiwan? the reason the prc can move on taiwan is the reason the dprk is trying to secure a nuclear arsenal. if taiwan could call beijing's bluff with a nuclear warheads that would strike beijing and shanghai in the event of being attacked, would the pla, the plan, the rocket force and the plaaf think twice?
