  1. @8:45 - classified military material being 'truthful'. 'accurate' might be a more apt descriptor. he basically published classified material without the requisite security clearance. and it was an unauthorised publication against (contra to) his target's interests. so his charge of espionage is actually generous. it could have been attempted treason. plus, the internet (www) doesn't protect first amendment rights and in any case, freedom of speech doesn't mean publication of sensitive documents for career advancement purposes. or does it?
