  4.  @trevorroberts9584  i think Russian Federation under V.V.P. has assumed the top-slot in the G.W.O.T. now. that would imply that it has surpassed I.S.I.S. in its threat positioning. i also think that the P.R.C. is currently not on the official G.W.O.T. radar although it will (at least) have to transition through it to challenge the U.S.A. in any meaningful sense. that would imply asymmetry and that would also imply tactics and intents already attributed to Russian Federation (since 2001-03). imho issues such as humiliation are mostly smokescreens although they clearly have propagandist or diplomatic value (neither of which are nothing). the world is essentially getting divided as sovereignty faces a crisis. ukraine is currently the frontline for that in europe. taiwan may well be a testbed for the inevitable cap v com clash of competing dialectics and narratives, markets and populaces. artificial intelligence is emerging online as an entity and corporations or companies are also increasingly powerful. eight billion people is alot of mouths to feed, alot of potential anger to be defused and also alot of potential problems that a one sized fits all model solution would just quite frankly be unacceptable.
