  1. hypothetically - if Ukraine could identify and strike any Russian presence inside Ukraine then how does Ukrainian defence responsibility produce a doctrine of accountability to ensure that they don't seek to enact unnecessary revenge over Russian forces or create even more intractable problems somewhere inside Ukrainian borders? also, if Russia - anywhere - retreats to strike from Russia into Ukraine - missiles, air forces - then is Ukraine within its limits, permitted to strike inside Russian territory? seeing as the Kremlin has arbitrarily decided that sovereignty doesn't apply from Moscow to Kiev then is it unfair to say that sovereignty does exist from Kyiv to Red Square? or has that principle been weakened from the strategic calculation gambit of the special operation militarily launched from Belarus in Feb 22?
