if you can consider the proportionate weight of a so-called counteroffensive and how it could be levied against the Russian Federation then the starting point is the strength of 190,000 soldiers although that weight would have to be transferred up as a proportionate compensation for the relative goliath that the Kremlin incumbents who persist with their bloodyminded and matched action of slaughter represent. because the aim must be to overthrow those holed up in Moscow's one and only citadel. as they are seeking also to overthrow Kyiv.
