He's trying to articulate how the villains have assumed control over the Kremlin apparatus and how that malignant growth threatens world peace and stability because the wrong strongmen that wield power over the Russian people have access to nuclear weapons. And he (Kirill) knows that they (Medvedev & Putin) wouldn't rule out the possibility of first use to assume an attempt to spread their power across the world - obviously starting with Ukraine and this week trying nuclear coercion on Germany to stop the latter releasing Leopard2 tanks into Putin's war of choice. Although to stop the Medvedev-Putin war of fear from spreading like wildfire beyond Ukraine and into the nuclear arena would require regime change. And after two decades of increasingly authoritarian rule combined with the evident lust for world domination through military coercion (Ukraine), nuclear blackmail (everyone else beginning with Germany) and implicit CCP wait-and-see backing (if Russia pulls it off then Taiwan for an appetizer) with DPRK chomping at the bits. However, the two stooges plus Lavrov and the Russian MIC threaten the lives of 145m Russians as much as they threaten the order that has overseen a doubling - tripling of human population on earth since 1945 (from 2-3 billion to nearly 8 billion). And since Vladimir Vladimirvich (along with Dmitry Alexandersvich) genuinely believes and has assumed the perception of Russia through the cult of personality personification of the neo-Tsar führer of global Lord and Master of the new slavery complex to be imposed through military (death and destruction, rape, pillage, abuse, murder and war crimes) technical measures that the tricolor (red blue and white - ascending) post-Soviet style propaganized standard of neo-Dresden Kremlin power under his dictatorially tyrannical and violent authority claims - well, because of that, it isn't looking great for the Russian people. Let alone the rest of the world. And Kirill knows it.
