These countries are buying very rich people which is bettering their economies and keeping out the poor which will cost to keep them up. The USA takes in the poor which cost alot to keep up by taxes on the citizens...

@saiyedakhtar3931 degree also. In the USA we have plenty of give away programs. We have Social Security, disability programs, food coupon programs, low or no cost government housing, feed the hungry programs and low income or no income give away things (like free gov phones) and some others. They government is giving cash cards and housing to the illegals who have contributed nothing to this country when these assets could be spent on our own people.
