  1. In 1963 as a teenager i maded $1.15 an hour in a grocery store. After service in 1969 my wife and i made $250 a week. We had a brand new nice house near a school for $18,000, had 2 new Mustangs, and i could keep 3 pay checks in my billfold. Things are really gone to crap now..

  2. @StarfireReborn  I am 77. I feel sorry for our youth. I have kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. With the government keeping it up, people will live i do growing up. In a shack, no electricity, no running water, no inside bathroom, etc.. Little or no money or things.

  3.  @demri123  I bought another house in 1973 that was similar to my first house. It was brick, 3 br, 1 1/2 bath, den, living rm and carport. It was $18,500.

  4. I have a hobbies, buying precious metals on the drops, buying other things that can be battered or sold for a profit if needed. I love animals but they are demanding and expensive. You must consider walking them, feeding them higher price food, vet bills and other hidden things..
