  1. Being 76 I have seen house prices go up so high since my first nice house when I got out of service in 1968 that cost $18.000. But the labor, materials cost and land cost have gone up so high I cannot see how the average people can buy a house these days. I feel real sorry for the young folks. We older people are living in a world that many can't afford either.
