  1. Everyone should know that governments should be kept within their budgets. The USA said at one that they put retirement in a lock box. Sure, they did. They use money that supposed to go to one dept on another thing. Social security started out wrong. They gave money to people who had never paid in money. They use our money like the old saying, "they are robbing Peter to pay Paul."
