  4.  @Prophezora  I afraid that you don't much about the 1940's and 1950's. We were very poor and worked long hard hours for little pay. We didn't have electricity, inside water, only an outhouse and no car. Lived in a shack and a fireplace for heat, a wood burning stove to cook on.. We work hard for many years to get what we have...

  5.  @nicholasr7987  I get very little social security but since I am a 100 % disabled war veteran I get more. I have been preparing for years now and can get by without the government. Can you without a job???

  6.  @Prophezora  I guess that is true for where people lived and how much money people made. Coming from this part of the Southern USA country people had it tuff. Where you live and how much you make will still make a difference. I have 33 kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren and I feel sorry for their future. Much luck to you and yours...
