Look around you to see what is going on. Commercial builds are empty because businesses are down. Companies are in massive layoffs and little odds of being hired. Money value is becoming of lesser buying power. Government is overspending and it doesn't have way to bring it down. I hold as many hard assets as i can get. What are you doing???
