  2.  @mullerfreezy511  a very strange reply. The world's governments once agreed to set a limit for oceans limits. No country can claim an open shipping lane that legally hinders ships from other countries being blocked..

  6. @VIAGRA465  yes and of course the Philippines which were considered Territories. I believe that they rented Formosa or Taiwan which belongs to China for years (I forgot the number).
