  2. What freedom ? The freedom of being banned from living and working wherever you liked in the EU ? The freedom to pay taxes&customs costs on stuff you buy from abroad ? The freedom of losing customers in the EU because of taxes&costs ? The freedom of no longer being able to meet other young people with Erasmus ? The freedom of being fined or jailed if you're caught in a demonstration that was deemed too loud ? The freedom to get a pint with a crown etched on it ? Those freedoms... Frostie must be effing joking. 🤬🤬 🤬 I had 15 fantastic years working 99% in the Netherlands and 1% the UK. I feel sorry for people who no longer have the freedom of movement. That's not just an economic reality but a cultural one too. What also makes the failure of Brexit clear is that the vote happened nearly 6 years ago and the government is still talking as if there was no notice or time to plan anything. Seems they read the agreement like most people do the Ts and Cs of a piece of software they are about to install on a computer. He scrolled to the end and checked wrong box. All that is left is their xenophobia.
