@zubieM New figures from Public Health England (PHE) show that 55% people in hospital with the Delta variant - which is dominant in the UK - have not been jabbed. so the 10% make more cases than the 90% SHOWS THE JABS WORK
2
@rajibear77 yes with the latest figures out showing 74%of all 50 year olds and bellow covid cases in hospital are un-vaccinated it should be clear the only sensible thing to do at any age is to get vaccinated ... suppose the stupid ones need a bribe.

2
@dracolee_072 so torys crumbled all by themselves ,,,, they never resign without great opposition , and most pundits said with 80 seats that meant 2 terms at least , no one gave labour a look in for best part of a decade after corbyn , but with starmer we would win now .....can't do better than that

torys are evil
2
@wolfiestreet6899 I'ii spare a thought for Liz Truss, as it's fairly obvious she hasn't got any of her own.
2
@wolfiestreet6899 all labour good points
2

2
@dracolee_072 Does Truss even believe the drivel she comes out with? I'm not sure she has any convictions at all. Her conversion is not really like a religious one, it's more like an unprincipled gloryhunting opportunist swapping their support from one football team to another halfway through a match because the other team look more like winning. .
2
She’s an opportunist and a chancer. The idea she has any true political believes is laughable. She is on the wrong side of history big time. Her first p/m question time will be standing room only and I can’t wait.
2
@dracolee_072 both evil
2
@dracolee_072 starmer is the man
2
@dracolee_072 starmer is the man

@dracolee_072 starmer is the man
2
What broke the camel's back was that the disaster of brexit had reached a critical mass of undeniability. The party would never have taken him down otherwise
2
Well I'll be voting Labour next election. Sir Keir is the man to navigate us out of this mess & propel us into prosperity.

@dracolee_072 The work and pensions secretary, Therese Coffey, has said she will not publish five official reports into how the department handles helping the vulnerable, or how many people have died as a result of being denied disability benefits. The publication of these reports was promised by Coffey’s predecessors, following claims that thousands of disabled people had died since the Conservatives came into power in 2010. The true number still isn’t known, but it was found that over 17,000 people died between 2013 and 2019 whilst waiting for decisions to be made over their benefit claims. In 2020 we learned that 5,000 disabled people died still waiting to be reimbursed by the government to the tune of £16m in underpaid benefits
2
@wolfiestreet6899 might as well have labour then
2
Collectively, the English electorate continues to vote Tory and they in-turn punish the English electorate for it.
2
@dracolee_072 It has been reported that the Treasury tried to get their £400 universal household grant classified as a reduction in energy bills in order to keep inflation down and avoid some debt interest. The attempt has failed because it is not a reduction in energy bills, but a universal income boost. But the government could have chosen to just reduce energy bills directly. It would have been a better use of public money, and would have kept inflation lower. They are choosing higher inflation.
2
@wolfiestreet6899 labour is the way
2
@dracolee_072 I have a question, who the flip authorised bozo's "Farewell tour". Who thinks paying for a PM who resigned in disgrace, is reasonable....
2
@dracolee_072 The throwing of his hapless press secretary under the bus. The more I watch the infamous video the more I see someone, not disrespecting the public but laughing in incredulous exasperation at what was going on and the spinning she was having to achieve
2
@wolfiestreet6899 Boris lied in parliament about the care home death scandal when he said they didn't know about asymptomatic transmission.
