  7. So glad you're coping better with your unfortunate situation. At least you're not alone where you are with others in similar circumstances. As a very intelligent and gifted 25-year old, you are in a great position to improve your life considerably post Russia. Have you thought of IT work? I hear that the economies in countries which have opened their doors to Russian refugees including IT workers, have improved considerably. You'd do well in that type of work. Welcome to the Free World. Things will improve after the Sun stops acting up (in a year or so)! Meanwhile, take it easy and get into meditation.
