Putin's toxic behavior (manipulative, predatory, aggressive) and his grandiose sense of self has been diagnosed with psychopathy and narcissistic personality disorder, consistent with the development of “Cluster B” (most dangerous) personality disorder. I agree with much of Mona said, except her comparison of tRump to Hugo Chavez, who benefited the people of Venezuela by making education accessible to his people, provided housing for them, etc. Trump's benefits were solely for the wealthy! Conservatives & corporate interests (with an eye on its oil) destroyed Chavez and Venezuela; i.e., American capitalismts.
