  1. All the tax money that we paid slave owners, after they were dead even and didn't finish paying until 2015? The Treasury should start there with reparations and then add whatever's appropriate on top. Further austerity shouldn't be used as an excuse to fund it either!!! Just as the poorest of us, including workers shouldn't have been made to pay for the 2008 crash, or Brexit, or the pandemic, or the scalping of the energy companies, etc, etc, etc!!! EDIT: 32:58 I'm glad that Clive talked about how the poor in the UK shouldn't suffer for reparations and that people in the Caribbean agree. It's a shame that a lot of the people malding out in the comments didn't watch the video. They also missed Clive making it very clear that the extractive entities and families from then are still doing evil today, to the poor here and abroad.
