  4.  ER.Hart2000  A million empty homes being occupied is a not insignificant number. As I said originally, why not both and more?.. Also in my own town there used to be one homeless person in the centre, thirty years ago. Now there are many, many more. At least hundreds. During all that time there were many Victorian factories, empty and now offices, shops, etc. Now some factories are being made into homes... for rich out of towners and the homeless still die on our streets. Even just more homes will not solve the housing crisis. The Greens can improve on housing, as could all parties. However they're better than the Tories and New Nu-Labour.
