  1. During the 60's especially, to see a black guy with a white woman was pretty rare, but appeared as a sort of conquest because he had been chosen in preference to a white guy. This became more common as the years passed. Personally, i would prefer to see different races sticking to their own and i also find mixed race children distasteful!! 🤔

  2. When i was a kid, the encyclopedias showed photographs of black and asian people, along with the text, stating ......'people of other lands'. We have since been invaded by swarms of them!!

  8. This could be psychological. . .normally, we ignore the ads and their content goes right over our heads. Put black people on them and we sit there cursing them, so do not ignore them. We are due for more Xmas ads featuring black people, sat at the table on Xmas day, complete with a turkey and trimmings! A most unlikely scenario!! 🤔

  40. I can remember some years ago, that we had a very dry period of weather and the newspapers declared "Is Britain becoming a dust bowl". There were reporters in the underground water storage areas, showing that they had now dried up and the reservoirs approaching critical levels. Nature has now compensated...as it does...and we are now entering a wet period, which will no doubt pass, in time.

  49. I'm sick of hearing the courts pronouncing that yet again a suspended sentence has been imposed, or the police haven't charged some no account, due to a lack of proof etc. The villains are laughing at us!! 😡

  50. I appreciate that a large number of people follow football, but why all of the fuss when a manager resigns or is sacked? The BBC features far too much football....especially when the first item on the news features this!!
