I can remember some years ago, that we had a very dry period of weather and the newspapers declared "Is Britain becoming a dust bowl". There were reporters in the underground water storage areas, showing that they had now dried up and the reservoirs approaching critical levels. Nature has now compensated...as it does...and we are now entering a wet period, which will no doubt pass, in time.
