A more useful procedure would be to photograph, fingerprint and therefore try to identify those illegal migrants that wash up on our shores daily. The results of this could be compared with any criminal records that these people have with the countries they have come from. Known criminals from the indigenous population have their records with our own police anyway. Our own population shouldn't need to have an I/d card! This would be yet another total waste of taxpayers money!! 🤔
