  1. It has always been a policy of the Tories to have a massive pool of labour. This is supposed to keep wages down by creating competition for jobs. Unfortunately, a good percentage of the immigrants cannot speak good English, we are not sure what their motives are for being here and they have no means of identifying themselves as to who they are. . . especially, if their i.d. is now in the channel.
