The majority of the boat people are not escaping wars and are either economic migrants and freeloaders who have broken the laws of these lands, by not employing the legitimate routes in to the country.   13.  @riptiz  That was why I suggested some time ago, that they should be photographed, fingerprinted, use iris recognition and any other means available. Once evicted, they can then be readily recognised, should they return.
