  1. More cameras and better quality cameras.(HD ones)....not the Mickey Mouse ones that we have now, where you cannot be sure who the culprits are. Also, more input from the police, who need to get their arses out of the cars. Finally, make the penalties suit the crime, involving more prison sentences and less suspended sentences!!
