  1. The majority of the indigenous population will go through life without a lot of medical problems. Contrast this with the flood of illegal migrants who no doubt require dental attention, because of the poor standards in the countries they have left. They nearly all require medical attention as well no doubt. . . Is it any wonder that we are having difficulties ourselves seeing a doctor or finding a dentist??
