  1. As a general practice, when I'm signing up for a new site, I create a new login for it, even if the site has the option to use a Google/MS/whatever account. The only time I'll use my Google/whatever account is if it's something that specifically needs to link to it (such as GitHub, GitLab, etc). Randomly generated passwords for each.
