  2. The job of a President is to serve the PEOPLE of the country. To take on our problems and FIX them (to whatever extent any President wver could in reality). Blaming the entire country and NOT himself (and his administration) shows he's not a valid President. Almost a century ago we had the "Hoovervilles". Pretty soon we're going to be seeing "Bidenburgs".
