  1.  @jasonscott6174  Sometimes you have to vote down a bill because so much UNRELATED crap gets attached to it. There needs to be a rules change so that the only amendments that can be made on it must be related to the specific language in the bill. No attaching entire sections that don't relate to the core function. Bills should be readily readable and understandable. If a bill is 1,000 pages long, it's no longer a bill, it's a scam.
