  2. And the wind farms won't get the wind without the sun heating the planet and causing air currents. I thought they were going to suggest building super-massive orbiting solar collectors that would periodically block the sun. They'd be impossible to build at our current technology, but it would at least have sounded plausible. This is just so outrageous as to prove some people in DC have totally lost it.
