But for Biden to "wake up" to the failure of his border policy would mean having to admit he's wrong. And if he's wrong on that, people will think he's wrong on many many other things. If anything the far left are holding out for the November elections, and if they lose control of Congress they can just use the excuse they were forced into changing policy by those nasty Republicans.
