  1. I could see the intelligence agencies wanting to keep the spy balloons secret while they were studying them, to avoid tipping off the CCP. But this administration isn't one to encourage such intelligent thought. The Biden Administration is all about social manipulation, race-baiting, and eco-terrorism.
