  2. A very good ACTOR to be certain. He probably considers the deaths of even his OWN people worthwhile if it advances his own agenda. The Palestinian people suffer twice; ONCE because their own government does nothing for their own people and consider them only useful as bodies and political pawns, and again suffer from Israel's strikes as a consequence of Hamas' actions.
